Obong Design Return and Refund Policy

As a print-on-demand eCommerce store, all products at Obong Design are custom-made for each customer upon ordering. This means that all items are unique and crafted exclusively for you. Given the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if a wrong size, color, or style is chosen, or if you change your mind after ordering.

However, we stand by the quality of our products and will happily address issues if there is a defect or error in manufacturing.


1. Eligibility for Refunds or Reprints

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing error, or is defective in any way, Obong Design will offer a reprint or refund under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe for Claims: You must contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a claim.
  • Documentation Required: Please provide a clear photograph showing the defect or damage. If the issue affects multiple items using the same design, please include all affected items in one image or video frame for verification purposes.

Note: Refunds, if issued, will be returned to the original payment method. If your billing currency is different from the United States Dollar (USD), refunds will be processed back to the original payment source in that currency.


2. Conditions Not Covered by Our Policy

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or reprints in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Sizing or Color Selection: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct size, color, and style are chosen at the time of purchase. We recommend reviewing the sizing chart and product details carefully before ordering.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery Due to Incorrect Address: If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can arrange a reprint at an additional cost, or issue a partial refund.

3. Tolerance for Minor Variations

Due to the custom printing process, there may be slight variations in print placement, particularly with Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items. A tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement is considered acceptable and will not be classified as a defect.
