How long does delivery take?

What is your returns policy?
30 days, no drama. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, report it within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund. Unworn, unwashed items can also be cancelled within 14 days of delivery under your statutory rights. Personalised and custom-print items can’t be returned unless faulty.
How do your sizes fit?
All apparel is a unisex fit. Tees run true to size; hoodies and sweatshirts are cut relaxed — size down for a neater fit. Full measurements are on every product page, and our team is happy to advise via chat.
Can I customise or upload my own design?

What materials do you use?
Apparel is heavyweight organic and ring-spun cotton (220–400gsm) printed with water-based inks. Mugs are glazed stoneware, canvas prints use gallery-grade cotton on FSC-certified frames.
